Science Fair

The PTA proudly supports our annual Science Fair, set for February!

This exciting event is designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of discovery in our students. Offering students the opportunity to explore scientific concepts and showcase their projects to the school community, through hands on projects, interactive activities, and classroom presentations.

Every participating student is recognized with a certificate, and with your support, we can expand awards and classroom presentations to make the experience even more memorable.

To make this event a success, we’re looking for dedicated volunteers.

Here’s what we’re hoping to offer with your support:

Pre-Holiday Promotion: We aim to announce the event before the winter break so students can start brainstorming and preparing their projects early.

Project Support: With enough volunteers, we’d love to offer suggested project ideas and possibly provide time during recess for students to work on their creations.

Day of Activities: In past years, we’ve hosted a morning drop-off event featuring a light breakfast and an opportunity for families to browse student projects before school starts.

Evening Family Night: A favorite tradition! Students can showcase their projects and enjoy interactive science activity stations. We’ve also welcomed high school volunteers to help facilitate these activities.

Recognition: All participating students receive certificates, and we’d love to include awards or special acknowledgments. The more volunteers we have, the more we can celebrate our young scientists!

This event can be as simple or as elaborate as our volunteer team allows. Whether you can help with planning, setup, activities, or student support, your time and talents can make a huge difference.

We’d love to have you on board!
