Trunk or Treat
Each October, our PTA hosts Trunk or Treat, a safe family-friendly Halloween celebration right on campus! Families volunteer to decorate their car trunks in fun, spooky, or silly themes and hand out candy as students trick-or-treat from trunk to trunk in costume.
The event includes music, food vendors, and themed games to create an unforgettable evening of fall fun. It’s a wonderful way to bring the school community together and celebrate the season with creativity, laughter, and lots of treats!
Event Highlights:
Family Participation: Families sign up to host a “trunk”, decorating their car trunks with fun Halloween themes and handing out candy to students in costumes.
Costume Fun: Kids come dressed up in their favorite costumes to enjoy trick-or-treating from trunk to trunk.
Games & Activities: Additional games and activities may be organized to add to the fun.
Food & Music: In the past, we’ve featured food vendors and live music to create a festive atmosphere.
To make this event a success, we’re looking for dedicated volunteers.
Here’s what we’re hoping to offer with your support:
*Coordinate and promote the event
*Help families sign up to host trunks
*Assist with decorations and setup
*Contact vendors and manage logistics
*Organize games and activities
*Coordinate candy donations to ensure that all children leave with candy
*Spread the word to ensure a great turnout
Come be part of the fun and help make this a memorable celebration for our school community! Interested in volunteering or hosting a trunk? We’d love to hear from you!
